Copeland ranking
A ranking method that scores each option by how it does in head-to-head pairwise matchups.
Why it matters
- Avoids inventing a weighted “season score” while still producing a deterministic order.
How to interpret it
- Win = 1, essentially even = 0.5, loss or unavailable = 0.
- Cycles can make the order contested even when Copeland points exist.
How DRBL uses it
- Rank My Seasons and Rank Team Seasons.
