Season baseline
The team's average performance across qualifying games from the same season, used to judge how unusual a single game was.
Why it matters
- Turns a box score into context: was this night loud offense, quiet defense, or both?
How to interpret it
- Game Lab compares scoreboard points and (when available) box rates to the same-season board.
- Inside tolerance means near normal, not a highlight.
- Lower opponent points or turnovers can be a positive story; direction is explicit.
How DRBL uses it
- Game Lab uses it to judge how unusual a game was and what stood out.
- Existing Level-2 box player vs-season strips.
