Turnovers
A turnover is a lost ball that ends a possession without a shot attempt.
Why it matters
- Turnovers erase offensive chances and feed the opponent.
How to interpret it
- Lower team turnovers (or higher AST/TO) usually signal cleaner offense.
How DRBL uses it
- Player and team boards; CPI subtracts TOV; Team Compare Possessions category.
